Biography:

Anthony has been a student of Jeet Kune Do Concepts for over a decade.

Anthony started his Martial Arts voyage in the year 2000.  He started training in Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chung, Filipino Martial Arts and then pursued Muay Thai Boxing, and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu.  As an expert in Martial Arts and Self-Defense, his passion continues to grow as he teaches to children, adults and to Law Enforcement and Military.  Anthony has studied under various instructors and has recently began training in Dog Brother Martial Arts.

Anthony is a Full Instructor under Paul Vunak of Progressive Fighting Systems www.fighting.net and an Apprentice Instructor in Descendants of the Masters.  He also holds a 3rd degree black belt and has extensive training in arts such as Filipino Kali/Arnis, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, Wing Chung, Thai Boxing, and Silat.

MMA Strength and Conditioning

This class is a 1 hour non stop strength and condition that will help you reach your fitness goals while learning basic skills

Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:15 to 9:15 PM.

Definitive Mixed Martial Arts (Contemporary Jeet Kune Do)

(Semi-Private Class)

This class will focus on self-defense and street survival along with buidling your fitness, attributes, speed and coordination.

Thursdays 7:00 to 8:00 PM.
