Biography:
With nearly 40 years of martial arts under my belt, I teach what has made sense to me during that time and I must take this opportunity to say that an awful lot of that comes from the concepts, philosophies, training methods and physical techniques that were given to me by Paul Vunak. I have trained many World, European and National Champions in Full-contact Stick-fighting and more recently Cage fighting at an amateur level and I mention this so they get the recognition they deserve as they are the winners not me! I have various ranks, trophies, belts, badges, certificates and awards but none of these compare to my JKD/FMA Full Instructor and CEI certificates from Sifu Paul Vunak.
