I started to learn about fighting in school at the age of 9. After this my learning lead me to Fencing, Kyokushinkai-Karate, Kung-Fu Siu-Lam, Wu-Shu and Sanda (Sanshou). I was an active full-contact fighter in Sanshou for 4 years and Swiss Champion in 1996. Searching for the best Martial Art for Street Application I discovered 1994 Paul Vunak’s PFS. Since then I have been an addicted student of PFS. Besides I have discovered much more fightings arts like Wing-Chun, Thai-Boxing, B.J.J., Sambo, Keysis and more. None of them has given me the satisfaction and the empowerment that PFS has given me since the first moment. Now I teach students fom all walks of life, from the Elite Soldier to the disabled child.
