Biography:
Rob Allington is a proud Instructor in Progressive Fighting Systems. He is one of a select number of DOM Instructors who are dedicated to teaching Paul Vunak’s latest and most advanced cutting edge technology.
In addition to practicing Jeet Kune Do and Filopino Martial Arts, Rob is an avid grappler. He is a PFS Phase 1 JKD & KALI Instructor, an Advanced Edged Weapons Instructor and a Law Enforcement Use of Force Instructor.
Disabled children are welcomed and taught 100% pro bono, through Paul’s Adapt for Life program!
His students include people from all age groups and walks of life. Students include men and women from age 18-70 from such diverse groups as the armed forces, Doctors, and the business community.
