Biography:
In 1994 I entered the U.S. Army. Because of my size (5'4", 102lbs), there was always someone who wanted to start something. As a result I started my quest of looking for a fighting style that was simple, used natural movements, and was effective for me.
In 2005, I came across a video that had several instructors on it. Each was doing two techniques. One of these was Sifu Vunak. I was impressed by his techniques and ordered his Street Safe Video. I was completely amazed by the video and went to his website to get more information. At this time Sifu was launching his Defcon program, which would later become Executive PFS.
In 2006, I started training under Sifu Vunak and became a Certified Executive Instructor in Executive PFS.
In 2008, I received my Phase One Instructorship in Progressive Fighting Systems.
In 2009, I received my Edged Weapons Certification.
In 2010, I became a D.O.M Full Instructor.
In 2011, I received my Law Enforcement Certifification.
